I feel heart-driven to write this welcome letter to my friends and now sisters and daughters of Morningstars.
As I often tell my writing students, “No book is ever written in a vacuum. It takes a community and a conversation.” Paraphrasing Neil Gaiman.
Here we can talk about and have conversations about the Morningstar series.
We can also begin the conversation about the character Saren’s journey, her evolution into becoming. Of becoming a soldier, an honorable daughter, a dutiful Christian. Where she learns of being human in a Man’s world, and where she begins her journey of being both human and divine.
Saren’s knowledge must be protected from destruction.
And therefore, it is denied a voice and is oppressed by the magnificent control held by the Holy Catholic Church and the Roman Empire.
Saren fights, flees, runs, and hides to protect what she is learning of Mary Magdalene’s debacle following Divinity when we follow Jesus’s path and are freed of the seven shards of the ego/humanness:
The Book of Mary pertains to Saren’s path and how it is aligned with Mary’s Gospel of Jesus. Her journey, her legacy, like our own, is easier to write as we intentionally create it.
Recognizing how magnificently we have all been lied to across the ages demands that we create conversation.
A conversation for the collective Feminine conscious learning to listen to the voice of love within us. The God within.
